Substitute spaghetti squash for pasta and in any sauce or recipe. It can be eaten hot or cold and is the easiest thing you will ever cook!
Ingredients
  • 1 spaghetti squash
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. For faster cooking, cut the squash in half, scoop out the seeds and place the squash, cut side down on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. For slower cooking, place the whole squash in the oven and bake for 1 hour. Remove squash from oven, cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
  4. Using a fork, "scoop" the pulp away from the husk ... It should look like spaghetti strands.
  5. Do not overcook or the squash will become mushy and won't look like spaghetti.
Notes
It really doesn't matter whether the squash is cooked cut or whole. It is hard to cut when raw, but cooks much faster.
