Does this recipe have three layers or does it accidentally repeat several steps?

Just repeat until you run out of pasta. Depending on the size of the pan, it can be two, three or even four layers.

I’m new to FODMAP dieting. It might sound like a silly question but what is Lactaid??

    1. LIVING FODMAP Free

Lactaid is a brand name for lactose free dairy products. NOT a silly question!
