This tangy cranberry sauce is a great complement to pork roast or turkey.
  • 1 cup Turbinado sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 clementines or 1 orange, peeled and diced **
  • 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries
  1. Combine sugar, water and lemon juice and bring to a boil on medium high heat.
  2. Add clementines and cranberries.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Reduce heat to simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Stir once during the 30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold. ** can substitute ½ cup orange juice if fresh fruit is not available
