Enjoy this delicious FODMAP Free version of Ranch Dressing -- use it on your salads or as a dipping sauce!
  • ½ c FODMAP Free mayonnaise*
  • 1 c FODMAP Free sour cream**
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried chives, crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
* Be sure to use FODMAP Free mayonnaise -- some "store bought" mayonnaise may have milk and all have vinegar, but most do not specify what type of vinegar.
