Whip up a quick and delicious FODMAP Free pizza sauce ... all you need to add is the crust and toppings for a delightful treat!
  • 2 cups tomato sauce **
  • t tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon fennel
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  1. In a medium pan, mix together the tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, fennel, salt, sugar and pepper.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes (longer is OK), stirring occasionally.
** Be sure to use tomato sauce that does not contain onion or garlic - unfortunately, most brands do. Both Giant (Nature's Promise) and Whole Foods (365) carry FODMAP Free tomato sauce.
