We have created a delicious Buffalo Wing Sauce that is FODMAP Free -- no garlic and no butter. While it does not taste exactly the same as the original from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, it will delight your taste buds and more than satisfy your need for Buffalo Wings or Buffalo Chicken Dip!
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup Crystal's Hot Sauce *
  • ⅔ cup canola oil or non-dairy butter substitute
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoon rice or white wine vinegar (don't use apple cider vinegar!)
Instructions
  1. Combine the hot sauce, oil, cayenne pepper and vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir together and heat until mixture is well blended and starts to boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
Notes
* Unlike Frank's Hot Sauce, Crystal's Hot Sauce is FODMAP Free!

Will last for a week in the refrigerating if covered. Simply reheat it and re-mix the ingredients before using since the oil will separate from the hot sauce when cooled. Use to make FODMAP Free Buffalo wings (will cover 4-5 pounds of wings) or Buffalo Chicken Dip.
