This is a simple, tart vinaigrette dressing that will make your salad delicious! Can also double as a marinade!
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard **
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously.
  2. Allow to sit for 30 minutes so the flavors will combine.
  3. Can be stored in the refrigerator or a cool dark place for up to 2 weeks.
** Do not substitute yellow mustard .... it is not a FODMAP friendly food!
