Jazz up your Crispy Turkey Cutlets or an other plain meat with this quick herb paste.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, loosely packed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil *
Instructions
  1. Place basil, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a food processor and pulse 3-4 times or until herbs are chopped.
  2. Turn food processor on and gradually add olive oil until a loose paste forms.
Notes
* Gradually add the olive oil to avoid using too much. Add more if you need a more liquid consistency.
