Flat Iron Steak is a flavorful cut of meat. It doesn't need much to be yummy!
  • 2 lb Flat iron steak
  • Sea Salt
  • Coarse Ground Pepper
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet on medium heat.
  2. While the pan is heating, rinse and pat dry the meat.
  3. Salt & pepper both sides of the meat.
  4. Please steak in hot skillet.
  5. Turn about every 7 minutes or more frequently if desired.
In 20 minutes, steak will be cooked to medium. Allow steak to “rest” for 5 minutes before cutting. This will help it retain its natural juices. Slice steak thinly across the grain, like you would for a flank steak or corned beef.
