Just like the "real" thing ... this pizza crust is as advertised ... quick and easy. It is the perfect crust for your favorite toppings!
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
  • 3 cups gluten free bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
  3. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
  4. Whisk together the gluten free bread flour and salt.
  5. Make a well in the flour mixture and pour the oil and yeast water into the well.
  6. Using an electric mixer, mix until just combined (it may be a little crumbly).
  7. Grease your hands with olive oil and gently knead the dough until well mixed.
  8. Lightly cover the dough with a warm damp paper towel and place the covered bowl in a warm place.
  9. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into the shape needed for your pizza. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or stoneware pan dusted with cornmeal and spread to the edges.
  11. Spread with our FODMAP Free Pizza Sauce and your desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
