Now FODMAP Free dieters can enjoy Buffalo Wings -- created by the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, Buffalo Wings have since become a staple American food. This baking method will give your wings a delicious glaze and flavor the inside and outside of your wings!
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Rinse wings in cold water and pat dry.
  2. Place wings in a medium container and pour FODMAP Free Buffalo Sauce over them, stir gently to ensure all pieces are coated.
  3. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 400° F.
  5. Remove wings from sauce and transfer marinated chicken wings to a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Using tongs, turn chicken pieces and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. While chicken is baking, transfer any leftover sauce to a sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes. This will give you extra dipping sauce. If you don't cook the marinade, throw it out -- don't want to eat anything that has been in contact with raw chicken!
Notes
Make some FODMAP Free Ranch Dressing or extra FODMAP Free Buffalo Wing Sauce for dipping.

Serve with celery stalks for a truly authentic presentation!
