The recipes listed here offer FODMAP Free Vegan alternatives — don’t be put off by the title.  The recipes that are already Vegan (such as FODMAP Free Granola), will not be repeated here at this time.  We hope to ultimately develop an entire section for Vegans.

    Your websites great but only one of these recipes is vegan-friendly, for future reference please note that Vegans do not eat any animal products, i.e. Prawns and Steak are unsuitable for vegans


      Totally understand about the shrimp :-) In the notes of the recipe we suggest replacing the shrimp with fried tofu for a vegan variation. Hope that helps!
