FODMAP Free Thanksgiving Menu

A FODMAP Free Thanksgiving dinner is possible.  With a few adjustments to the recipes of traditional foods, you can enjoy this holiday meal.    IBS sufferers … there is a lot to be thankful for!!!

FODMAP Free Thanksgiving Menu:

Turkey — this is easy to make FODMAP Free, just use dairy free butter to coat the inside and outside of the bird.

I’m not a big fan of turkey, so I prefer beef tenderloin or pork loin roast as my entree.

You choose your meat, below are suggestions for everything else … from appetizers to dessert.
