  • 1½ cups toasted pecans
  • 1½ cups white sugar
  • ¼ cup dairy-free butter substitute
  • ¼ cup solid coconut oil
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In large saucepan over medium heat, combine pecans, sugar, butter substitute, coconut oil, brown sugar, almond milk and vanilla.
  3. Heat to 240° F (approximately 12 minutes). The candy is done when a small amount of dropped into cold water forms a soft ball.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.
  5. Let cool completely before serving.
