FODMAP Free Chipped Beef Dip

One of the easiest FODMAP Free dips you'll ever make!
  • 8 ounces Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 3 ounce package chipped beef, finely diced
  • 3 scallions (green onions), chopped -- green part only
  • 1 tablespoon San-J Organic Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with FODMAP Free veggies, Blue tortilla chips, corn chips, Glutino Sea Salt Snack Crackers or any of your favorite "dip holders"!

If you can not tolerate soy based cream cheese, try a lactose free cream cheese such as that made by Green Valley.
