Sausage Cheese Balls

This is a FODMAP free version of the Sausage Cheese ball recipe you have loved for years!
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 2 cups fontina cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups gluten-free bisquick
  • ½ cup lactaid milk (add more if the dough is too dry)
  1. Mix together all ingredients. The dough will be sticky.
  2. Form into 1-inch diameter balls.
  3. Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
